Blake Rus

Lead marketing for all global WILSON Team Sports activities, including basketball, football, volleyball and soccer. Blake manages a team of 5 full time staff members in Team Sports who manage direct to consumer marketing, e-commerce support, social media, event activations, partnerships, content development and grassroots marketing functions. He manages key partnerships with NCAA March Madness & Final Four, NCAA Beach Volleyball, NCAA Soccer, AVP Professional Volleyball Tour and FIBA 3×3 International Basketball Federation.
He builds and implement global marketing strategies across all Team Sports targeting avid players with direct to consumer tactics in key countries. Blake collaborates with global marketing teams across 20+ countries to implement campaign assets and tactics to grow their local market share.
He develops all marketing outreach + messaging for our digital QBX connected football training system.
He is the executive Director of NBA sanctioned basketball Pro-Am tournament called Chi-League, coordinating all NBA/WNBA/NCAA player recruitment, operations, logistics, outreach, public relations, content capture, partnerships and digital marketing efforts.
Blake manages select aspects of major professional partnerships between team sports and the NBA and NFL.
